Personal Training sessions are tailored to you; we provide a free 30 minute online Zoom consultation to discuss your needs and identify the best equipment to support you in your goals; this could include dumbbells, kettlebells, Indian clubs, resistance bands, plyometric boxes, steps, TRX, Swiss balls etc.
We also offer the option of in person training for individuals based in London.
